Returns

Every print is made to order just for you, but we stand behind everything we ship.

Damaged or faulty: if your order arrives damaged, misprinted or faulty, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll reprint and reship free of charge — no returns paperwork, no fuss.

Change of mind: because each piece is printed to order, we can't accept change-of-mind returns on personalised items. For standard prints, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll work something out — unopened, unhung prints in original packaging can usually be returned for a refund minus shipping.

Wrong size ordered? Get in touch before your order enters production (usually within a few hours of ordering) and we'll change it free.

Nothing here limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law or equivalent consumer protections in your country.
