SHIPPING POLICY

Every QUIVER print is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting, which means your piece is produced specifically for you at the professional fine art lab closest to your delivery address.

Production time

2 to 5 business days. Framed prints are assembled by hand, which occasionally takes a day or two longer during busy periods.

Delivery time

Typically 2 to 7 business days after production, tracked door to door. You will receive tracking details by email as soon as your order ships.

Where we print

We work with fine art labs in Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States and Europe. Your order is produced at the lab nearest to you, so most orders never cross an international border. That means faster delivery, lower emissions, and no unexpected customs charges for customers in those regions.

If you are ordering from outside these regions, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your local customs authority. These are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order. Framed prints ship free.

Framed prints

Framed pieces arrive fully assembled and ready to hang, packed in protective packaging designed specifically for framed artwork.

Delays

Delivery estimates are exactly that. We cannot guarantee delivery dates and we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control. If your order appears significantly delayed, please contact us with your order number and we will chase it for you.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we will reprint and reship it free of charge. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
