SHIPPING POLICY
Every QUIVER print is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. Your piece is produced specifically for you at the professional fine art lab closest to your delivery address.
Production time
Usually 1–3 business days.
Delivery time after production (business days)
UK 1–3 · EU 1–9 (most countries 1–5) · US 1–5 · Canada 1–4 · Australia 2–10 · New Zealand 3–14.
Every order is tracked, and you’ll receive tracking details by email as soon as it ships.
Where we print
We work with fine art labs in Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada and Europe. Your order is produced at the lab nearest to you, so most orders never cross a border, which means faster delivery and lower emissions. Orders to New Zealand are usually printed in Australia, framed orders to Canada are usually printed in the US, and A0 framed prints may be made outside your region.
Customs and import taxes
Where an order crosses a border, any import duties or taxes charged by your local customs authority are not included in our prices and are paid by the recipient.
Shipping costs
Every framed print ships free. Shipping for unframed prints is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order value, and shown before you pay.
Framed prints
Framed pieces arrive fully assembled and ready to hang, glazed with shatter-resistant acrylic and packed in protective packaging designed specifically for framed artwork.
Delays
Delivery estimates are exactly that. We cannot guarantee delivery dates, and we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing or circumstances outside our control. If your order appears significantly delayed, contact us with your order number and we will chase it for you.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we will reprint and reship it free of charge. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
