FAQ

A few practical questions.

How are referrals tracked?

Your personal link puts your name on the order. Once someone opens your link, their browser remembers it for 60 days, so if they come back and order later on the same device, you still earn. You get an email the moment an order is paid, and your private earnings page lists every order, what the customer paid, the print-only price and your 20%.

When and how will I be paid?

Monthly, by PayPal or bank transfer, for the month before. There's no minimum. You'll get a statement by email showing each order and what you earned, and your earnings page shows what's been paid.

Do I keep the rights to my photos?

Yes. You sell your photos exactly as you do now. The customer uploads the file to print their own copy, and confirms they have your permission when they order. QUIVER doesn't sell or reuse their upload.

Who handles printing and customer support?

We do. Printing, framing, delivery, replacements and questions all come to QUIVER. Prints are archival giclée on fine art paper, made at the lab nearest your customer. If a customer asks you about their print, just send them our way.
