A few practical questions.
Is my photo good enough to print?
Upload it and we'll tell you. We check your photo's resolution against every size, and any size that would print blurry is switched off, so you can't order a print you'd be disappointed with. Use the original, full-size JPEG or PNG, not a screenshot or a download from WhatsApp or Instagram, which are shrunk.
Can I print a photo I bought from a photographer?
Yes. That's exactly what Frame Your Wave is for. If you've bought the high-resolution file from a session photographer, upload the file they sent you. When you order, you confirm that you own the photo or have the photographer's permission to print it. We don't print photos taken from websites or social media without the photographer's say-so.
What sizes and frames can I choose?
A5 to A0, edge-to-edge or with an even white border, in a natural, brown, white or black solid wood frame, or as a print only. A5 is sold unframed. You see your choices in the preview before you order.
How long does delivery take?
Each print is made to order at the lab nearest to you, usually within a few working days, then delivered. Framed prints are delivered free. Delivery times for your country are shown at checkout.
What if my print arrives damaged?
We replace damaged or faulty prints, no fuss. Send us a photo of the problem and we'll sort it.
Can I return a personalised print?
Because every print is made just for you, from your own photo, we can't take returns for a change of mind. Damaged or faulty prints are always replaced.
