Edge-to-edge: The picture prints right to the edge of the paper. Nothing is cut off and there's no white edge around the artwork.

White border: A plain white edge sits around the picture, about 4% of the print’s length on every side, so it looks the same at every size. This gives the print a clean, gallery look and a bit of space to hold the paper without touching the artwork. This is not a matboard/mount, it's a printed white border.

Frames

Every framed QUIVER print uses a sustainably sourced wooden moulding finished with a smooth satin laminate. The frame is approximately 20mm wide and just over 20mm deep, giving it a slim, contemporary profile.

Colours

No frame — Just the paper print, unframed.
Natural — Light wood, close to its natural colour.
Brown — A darker wood tone.
White — A white-painted wood frame.
Black — A black-painted wood frame.

Glazing

Lightweight, shatterproof Perspex glazing protects the artwork while helping to reduce glare.

Sizes

Framed prints are available from A4 up to A0. A5 is available unframed only.

Hooks

Every frame arrives ready to hang. A4 to A1 frames use a Cobra hook.

The largest A0 — Oversized (841 x 1189 mm) frames use a sawtooth hanger which can be easily hung from a suitable nail or screw.

Framed prints are slightly larger

The reason framed prints are slightly larger than unframed prints, is because the paper size is still the same and so the frame needs to be bigger than the paper. The frames are 20mm wide, so this will add 20mm to whatever print size you order. Please bear that in mind when you are ordering a framed print.

Every QUIVER print is made to order — nothing sits in a warehouse gathering dust.

Production: usually 1–3 business days. Your print is made at the professional lab nearest you, in Australia, the UK, the US, Canada or Europe.

Every order is tracked from door to door. You'll receive tracking by email the moment it ships.

Framed prints: every framed print is delivered free, fully assembled, ready to hang, and in packaging designed for framed artwork. Framed prints are glazed with shatter-resistant acrylic.

Unframed prints: delivery is shown at checkout before you pay, and is free on larger orders.

Customs and import taxes: most orders are printed in your own region and never cross a border. Orders to New Zealand are usually printed in Australia, framed orders to Canada are usually printed in the US, and A0 framed prints may be made outside your region. Where an order crosses a border, any import duties or taxes charged by your local customs authority are paid by the recipient.

Damaged or faulty: if your order arrives damaged, misprinted or faulty, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll reprint and reship free of charge.

Change of mind: contact us within 30 days of delivery, then send the print back unhung and in its original condition within 14 days of telling us. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by you. Personalised prints can't be returned for change of mind.
